Spelinspektionen grants Swintt games certification

Casino and live dealer content developer Swintt has gained certification and approval by the Swedish Gambling Authority – Spelinspektionen – to launch its games to operators and players in the Swedish market.

Following on from the company’s full suite of games being certified by the Malta Gaming Authority, with plans to secure more permits over the coming months, LuckyCasino, Videoslots and Avento will be among the first to offer Swintt’s titles to players in Sweden.

David Mann, chief commercial officer at Swintt, said: “We are delighted to have received certification for the Swedish market and make our games available to operators targeting the market for the very first time.

“Our games are localised for high growth markets, ensuring they meet the specific player requirements in each country. Sweden is no different, and our suite of slots will deliver the fun and entertainment that players are seeking.

“We are launching with some incredible operators and look forward to going live with more and bringing additional titles to the Swedish market over the coming months.”

One of the first titles to be certified and launched in Sweden will be Lone Rider XtraWays, which will see Swintt debut its XtraWays mechanic where the reels expand and contract depending on the symbols the player lands.

Players can see how large the reels will be on their next spin, giving added incentive for another exciting spin to secure more ways to win – up to 262,144 ways.

Towards the end of May, Swintt enhanced its roster of operator partners after launching its portfolio with Malta licensed Twin.

As part of the agreement, players at Twin gained access to the content developers suite of titles which it noted has been developed ‘to appeal to specific player preferences and in specific markets’.

Last week, Mann joined SlotBeats in investigating the impact of sporting events on sports-themed slots where he noted they “will always have focus from suppliers and operators” as they are able to target and tailor their content to a specific audience.
