Aspire Global is looking to “revolutionise the way operators market their brands today across the globe,” after boosting the capabilities of its AspireCore gaming platform with the integration of a “comprehensive” new CRM system.
Named Aspire Engage, the customer data platform, powered by Exponea, incorporates an array of services in bid to deliver an improved player journey and greater customer satisfaction.
The system offers real-time marketing capabilities with an aim of enabling operators to sharpen their approach to player engagement, including bonus management, personalised messaging and user segmentation.
In addition to providing CRM services to operators, AspireEngage will allow them to connect their own CRM tools to the platform, as well as providing a self-management interface.

Aspire has worked on growing its global presence in recent working, with an expanded position in Latin America gained through platform and sportsbook deals with operators Betfair and William Hill in Colombia.
Furthermore, it has also grown its European presence with operator agreements in Portugal, Switzerland and Romania, and most recently signed a platform and managed services deal with Irish group Funfair Casino, before being recruited by casino and sports betting site Stake.com in preparation of its debut in the UK market
